1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a MarketFlow account, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of MarketFlow, a product of Neo IT Services.
2. Use of the Service
You may use MarketFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use MarketFlow to collect data without proper consent, violate privacy laws, transmit spam, or interfere with the platform's operation.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, and ensuring your use complies with applicable laws including GDPR, PDPA, and other privacy regulations.
4. Payments & Billing
MarketFlow charges a flat monthly subscription fee. Payments are processed via Stripe (international) or Razorpay (India). Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your billing period.
5. Data Ownership
You own all data you send to MarketFlow. We are a data processor acting on your instructions. We do not claim any rights to your customers' data. You can export or delete all data at any time.
6. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance. In case of unexpected outages, we will communicate via the Status page and email.
7. Limitation of Liability
MarketFlow's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. We may terminate immediately for serious violations of these terms. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in Indian courts, except where EU law requires otherwise for EU customers.
