1. Who We Are

MarketFlow is a product of Neo IT Services. We provide marketing analytics and automation software for e-commerce businesses. Our registered address is in India, and we operate data centres in India and Germany (EU).

2. Data We Collect

We collect information you provide when registering (name, email, company details), billing information processed through Stripe or Razorpay, and usage data about how you use our platform. We also process customer event data from your store — this is the tracking data you send to us through our SDK.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide and improve the MarketFlow service, process payments, send important service notifications, and provide customer support. We never sell your data to third parties. We never use your customers' data for our own advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage & Residency

You choose where your data is stored — India or the EU (Germany). Data does not leave your chosen region. This is a core architectural feature of MarketFlow, not just a policy promise.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Event tracking data is retained for 24 months by default, configurable in your settings. You can request deletion of all your data at any time.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export all your data from the Settings page. To exercise any right, contact us at privacy@marketflow.io.

7. Cookies
