How do I install the tracking script?
Go to your source's Install Guide tab in the dashboard. It walks you through Shopify, WooCommerce, and manual installation step by step.
Why aren't my events showing up?
First, verify installation using the Verify button in the Install Guide. Then check that your write key is correct and the script is in the <head> tag.
How do I connect Meta Conversions API?
Go to Tracking → Destinations → Add Destination → Meta CAPI. You'll need your Meta Pixel ID and access token from Meta Events Manager.
Can I track multiple stores?
Yes. Each store gets its own Source with a unique write key. You can have unlimited sources on Growth and Scale plans.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Settings → Billing and click Upgrade. Changes take effect immediately.
